Munich@Germany FEB 2011

One of the major task during the Munich trip is to visit our new Supplier, TITAN luggages. Whose office and factory is located in the outskirt of Munich city. The office is pretty clean-cut style of German office with glass and steel structure construction. Yes, the Boss of the company greeted us in Chinese's dialect, cantonese and chinese. Not forgetting the tall size of founder, which is one head higher than us and very overwhelming indid.
Being the first time travelling to Munich@Germany. Temperature is the greatest challenge well before making travelling there. All keep-warm clothing and accessories has been purchase in order to keep myself warm and dry. Actually, the overall weather is even much better than Taipei, where is cold and wet. Munich indoor is well heated with central heater and you can just wear single layer of clothing indoor. The only condition, it's too dry and one has keep hydrated to maintain our skin going too dry. We have to open the hotel's window for fesh air.

Meeting has been quite satisfactory with all our Suppliers, though me and my colleague has falled ill during the trip. It has been a great challenge accompanying my colleague  visiting to the local German clinic for consultation. Without the local help from Taiwanese friend's friend in Germany, I think it would takes us ages to locate the clinic. Which only marked with German language and very ulu (marking not in German only), though it's located in the city area (somemore near the central train station too).
Well, my cough which I brought all the way from Taipei + Singapore, then to Germany is cured by the great phamatucial medicine from German. I brought two three bottles, first bottle cured my cough after finishing about three quarter. Couldn't help to buy another two bottles, one for 大嫂 and one for Taipei home.

The good thing about the German railway is they have special ticket packages for 2 to 5 passengers (Someone mentioned its only valid for weekend, yet to verify). Meaning the more partner you have for the trip, you can then share ticket fee and reduce the expenses for the trip. The fee of the train ticket is inclusive of bus transport at the other end, ie. Garmisch and Salzburg cities. The buses are very luxury and accessible at all tourist sitez and people are very friendly.
An old man at Salzburg even come forward to tell us we are in the wrong direction without even asking. The key is to hold a tourist map on hand to signify you are a foreigner...ha ha ha.  That's to say, don't leave home without a map.

Garmisch, a Skiing little town, cozy place with shopping street.
