QiaoLing family lives at TaiChung city, she mentioned coming over to Taipei this weekend. Asked whether I would like to meet them at Suzzanne place for lunch. Constance said she can join. Meet a new SG friend Dherese in person after so long on Facebook, who also has two beautiful kids. QiaoLing daughter has grown tall and lovely, since we last meet at Ellen place.
Had HorFun with chili today, pretty good by Suzzanne.
Went to 永何緬甸街 for DimSum lunch with BG and Constance. BG brought chicken meat on the way while crossing fresh foods market for making curry at dinner. Followed by visit to their mountain top house. Janny Koh and husband join us thereafter for dinner and chat till 9.30pm late. Thanks Constance for making lemon drink and BG for brewing our favorite Kopi. Heavy rains today too, beautiful weather and temperature to be up in the mountain.
“Just Do it”, Jeslyn Chua and myself met up for lunch at NanGang software park, SinLuckPo 食樂玻。It’s down memory lane as Jeslyn last work here. Lunch time a busy place at the ground level lobby area with many passar-malam store, including SinLuckPo. Both of us ordered BarChorMee as such is not available in Taiwan. Therefore, we went to NeiHu station’s shopping mall for coffee at Lousia.
Good chat till 5pm. Ask why not go for dinner? Went to 中山 station and ends at Yabi, saw Yabi restaurant while crossing the roadway. Nice Asian foods, almost like eating in Singapore. We ordered set meal for two with extra order of CharKwayTiao.
The reason for meeting up the day 6/16 because I left the fruits at NeiHu shopping mall toilet. Met at Sa Malaysian Kitchen, DaAn. Jeslyn order 叉燒乾麵 and I ordered Nasi-Lemak. Went to nearby dessert store where we met a bunch of unfriendly Singaporean.
